The whole purchasing experience was very relaxed. I never felt pressured to purchase a piano, nor was there ever an attempt to try and get me to buy anything outside of the budget that I gave them. I was shown several options that were around the price range I was looking for and left to decide at my own pace.
Delivery was great and the men who moved the piano into the house were very professional. There were no problems with the piano and it plays great.
I definitely recommend going to Brigham Larson to get a piano. They are my choice for any type of piano repairs and tuning.
