We’ve performed a full regulation on this piano. That includes tightening, lubricating, and aligning everything, plus so much more.
This upright has brand new keys. That means no chips, wear and tear, or marks left behind by curious kiddos.
Along with new keys, this Foster has brand new strings, dampers, hammers, shanks, bridal straps, bushings, pedals and trapwork.
This piano has been scrubbed clean in our 1-2 full day cleaning process. We’ve scoured under the keys, inside the action, inside the trapwork, and anywhere else dust and dirt could be hiding. Fear not, your carpet is safe.

This approximately 100 year old Foster piano plays like a brand new instrument! It has been fully rebuilt in our piano shop. We have three levels of restoration work that we provide, and this Foster has received the top tier! The exterior has been refinished in a beautiful satin black. It has new hammers, dampers, strings, tuning pins, bridal straps, pedals, and trapwork. The hammer butts have been repinned and the bushings redone. The tone is fantastic and in Brigham’s words, the touch feels substantial. He has confidence that it will do what he wants it to do, or in other words it is very controllable. We have invested between 300-400 hours of work in this piano. After all this work, it should last another 50-70 years!
