Here are the new parents back in the summer. “I want to win a free piano for my unborn baby so that he can learn to play and enrich his life with the gift of music.” – From Maria   Here is another fun story from Megan Ridgon… Hello, My name is Megan and I want to tell you why I want a piano. I have been playing the piano since I was a little girl. I remember being so excited every time I learned a new song or when my Dad would sing along with a familiar tune I was playing. In high school, I wanted to quit the piano because all my siblings had quit, but my parents would not let me because they felt I needed to keep playing. And they were right. All through high school and college music helped me relax, process hard emotions, and so much more. I have now finished my masters degree and I am a therapist. I always try to challenge my clients to use music as a part of our therapy. I am expecting my first baby in a few weeks and it has been disheartening for me not to have a piano to play music for her while she has been growing. I desperately want a piano so she can hear piano music as she grows up. It has such a peaceful feeling. My hope is that one day she can play the piano and come to love it as much as I have. Now you know why I so badly want a piano. For myself, my family, and for the peace it will bring to my home.
