This 1984 Wurlitzer Grand piano is in perfect condition. The inside has been thoroughly cleaned with no dust or grime remaining. The hammers are rounded nicely and aligned to the strings. The regulation is perfect, everything is tightened and aligned, the keys are leveled, the dip is just right, the action is lubricated, the trapwork is taken care of, and it is up to pitch and tuned. In spite of being from 1984 it had many more decades of good use left to come. It has a big warm sound that allows musicians to be expressive.
