Ellee Duke will be here TOMORROW opening for Ashley Garbe Smith!

We are so excited to have Ellee Duke performing at our piano hall for the first time! She will be opening for Ashley Garbe Smith.  

Country/Pop/Folk emerging singer and songwriter, Ellee Duke, has been entertaining audiences with her singing and musical talents since her first piano lesson at the age of five years-old. Discovering and embracing her talent through vocal and guitar lessons, Ellee advanced to become a Utah sensation writing her own songs along with her own music.

Ellee has earned many awards since the age of 14 years-old, only a few years ago, for her original music like the Draper Jr. Idol, Alta Idol, and John Lennon Songwriting Contest as a finalist in session 1 for “i came to win”. Ellee was also a contestant on the show, Starbiz, and was a co-writer for two winning songs on the show. In addition to being rewarded for her performances and songwriting, she has shared the stage with known musicians like Peter Breinholt, Paul Cardall, Charley Jenkins, and Collin Raye. In the fall of 2012, Ellee completed her first album, “love & liberty” at only 16 years-old. Earlier that year Ellee’s friend, Lexe Selman, was diagnosed with leukemia (AML). Ellee was inspired by her friend’s strength and dedicated her single, “i came to win”, to Lexe. “Lexe is a great example of never giving up hope, and I hope this song can help others who are struggling,” said Ellee.” All proceeds from the sale of the single go to Lexe to assist her financially.” Currently completing several new songs for an upcoming EP, Ellee is also writing an original song for the Utah Domestic Violence Benefit Concert on June 1, 2013; and will be singing for the Curesearch Walk to help children with cancer in the Fall of 2013. “I want to share my music with the world and make a difference. I want to help people and be a healthy role model,” explained Ellee regarding her musical career goals.
