Every year we get about 2 containers of pianos from across the seas. It's all hands on deck when its container day! Technicians who usually work on the inside of a piano get the opportunity to be a mover for a couple of hours. We have technicians helping move and place pianos in specific places in our store. We have map of the store and every piano is assigned a specific location. This helps us stay organized and keep track of each piano. We have hundreds of piano at out store here, so we like to know where things are.
Our team here is great and willing to work where they are needed. They make things go smoothly and quickly. Grateful to work with great people who enjoy pianos as much as we do.
